Who I Help
I specialize in empowering women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond who are feeling like their bodies are no longer responding the way they used to. If you wake up inflamed, struggle with low energy throughout the day, and find that diets that once worked now leave you feeling deprived and frustrated, you are in the right place.
My Story
I am Jules Hindman, the founder of Eat Well Perform Well. At 56, I understand firsthand the shifts that come with age. Metabolism slows, energy dips, and the journey to weight loss can feel like an uphill battle. With over 15 years as a nationally recognized sports nutritionist, I have had the privilege of working with top athletes and high performers. Now, my mission is to bring that expertise to women like you. I want to provide simple and sustainable strategies that help you lose weight, reduce inflammation, and rebuild confidence in your body.
My Approach
I believe in a nourishing approach to nutrition. There will be no calorie slashing or food guilt. Instead, I will teach you how to fuel your body so it works with you and not against you. Together, we will create a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle and aligns with your health goals.
